This emblematic Hotel of the SOL brand is one of the most well known in United Kingdom, and after 35 years of successful business has just undergone a complete refurbishment of all the ground floor, swimming pools and terraces together will all the rooms which are already redecorated.
With this metamorphosis the Sol Hotels Brand intends to create a Smart and Simple image with modern and down to earth décor giving a fresh and exiting atmosphere in the main lobby and bar areas, where one can appreciate a mixture of different flavours and aromas all designed to produce and stimulate in their memories our clients holidays. The terraces have also been equipped with the ultimate in lighting effects and leds in the swimming pools with the possibility of changing colours according to the atmosphere required or the specific night activity going on.
To complete the harmony created, all the elevators have also been refitted giving to our clients a much faster and efective service.

The Sol Guadalupe is located in the leisure and shopping district of Magaluf and close to all the well known night life, without being too close, so that one who preferes to enjoy a quiter relaxing holiday around our pool area or watching our nightime activities and shows.

Hotel: Very beautiful hotel with well kept area and a beautiful swimming pool. The only negative point was the surroundings : the street that passed right by the pool, the pub's on the other side of the street and the poorly kept high-rise buildings in the immediate vicinity that partially cover the ocean view. Hotel staff is polite and friendly, speak English good enough. Nice room, although not very big, walls a bit thin, but there was no noise during the night at all and we slept well every night without being disturbed by anything. Hi, Just got back from 9 days in Hotel Sol Gaudalupa Magaluf, on the whole it was fantastic. The hotel was very well managed, the staff was very helpful and the food was plentiful and at good standard. Negative? Not much but the main point which I thought could have an effect on a holiday was the room size. Everything was newly renovated, very modern, new room furniture, all very clean, good distribution of the beach chair section at the pool. Had deserved in my opinion 4 stars.
The rooms were newly furnished and very clean. Air conditioner, hair dryer, TV inclusive, safe + mini bar for an extra charge.
Very nice staff, but hardly any or no German was spoken, as the hotel was mainly visited by English guests. With some English we got along fine.

If we talk about the hotel, then 3 * - but it deserved more. Just super.
The beach was wide, cleaned every morning and only a 3 minute walk away. If anyone didn't want to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas, there was a place to sit on one's own mat.
There was a nearby bus stop to travel to Palma or to other nearby towns.
There were cafes and bars everywhere. They were in my opinion the only small drawback - as they were noisy at night, but with closed balcony doors they weren't heard.
