We had booked all inclusive. That was a total letdown - the breakfast is good but the warm meal times were A pure use of leftovers. What evenings left, the next day lunch served again all dishes were absolutely tasteless and only cheap food. Fish only 3 kinds of cheap. Fruit only bananas, apples and old oranges. The wine was also had never seen a grape. Ever we had in the last 20 years so cheap, primitive all inclusive dining found. The furniture apartment fall apart, fridge was old and dirty, some of the dishes, the cutlery, the glasses, the closets not from and/or washed. We were disgusted us. The dishes you have to anyway even finish, dish cloths gets one not from 'hygenic' reasons we were at the front desk said (strange, never heard). Bathroom was old, run down, cracks, tiles broken. Area very large, about 480 rooms and apartments, strong in need of renovation. Nice and appealing, unfortunately hardly parking spaces for definitely necessary rental car. For our stay it was occupancy about 10% and in spite of the you have to the parking, several hundred meters far, partly even on the distant 0.5 kilometer main street in a forbidden area. Cleanliness on lower Canary Islands-standard, marginally acceptable. Staff friendly. We had booked without meals. Guests almost exclusively German Retirees. Room big enough and well equipp... The hotel is very large, however it is perfect adapted to the landscape. It is well proportioned spaces, for example Read Zones in the garden, 2 pools and a large dining room. However the possibility exists all meal times on the terrace. we had room 448 with a view of the sea and sunset guarantee. The view compensated the extra charge for room with a sea view. the booked half board ( breakfast & dinner) is recommendable nonetheless. Good older hotel with nice & friendly staff. Very good cleaning and grooming go good value for money. Location right on the beach and well connected to site( footpath). Rooms (apartment) very big and spacious. Traces of wear. Read more
