the hotel is getting old. It is a beautiful House, which especially for children some offers.
the rooms are drafty, not clean, old beds, dirty, stained Blankets and sheets, had stains on the walls.

the hotel is beautiful, not too big hotel. Because the hotel because of its size very offering a clear view there is an anonymous atmosphere and the staff you can easy to someone remember.
there were every day the rooms cleaned, as well as all other Locations as well. Also the toilets in the reception area, the guests accessible, were always clean and were several times a day cleaned.

The Sol hotel Lanzarote is a good four star hotel. It is right on the beach. The beach promenade connects Arrecife (about eight kilometer from the hotel), Puerto del Carmen (about four kilometer). The airport is about four kilometer away. We had the whole week aircraft noise, however, there is a ban on night flights. The pool is not heated. The hotel is very child friendly. Read more

The hotel has no four stars more. Service and quality of the food and drinks were below average. Staff has no German. Complaints were not immediately implemented. Coffee from Steropurbechern. Drinks from thin plastic cups. Rooms are insufficient cleaned. No table cloths in the restaurant for dinner. The portal are four stars pasted over. Why?
