The hotel itself is in quite a good condition. But if you the international kitchen coming here is absolutely wrong. I count times what in the 2 weeks as hot food was offered. The hotel itself is a large complex with several complexes which (3) however only one of the tourists used it was, all other were closed. Is OK, was low season. Our hotel had three floors, however the ground floor had a terrace, the upper floor 2 did not balconies. We were on the ground floor, luckily. I felt the complex clean, but it is also a better. The hotel would 3 resorts include. There were however only 2 in use. From far away looks the hotel impressive from. But as soon as you come nearer to one sees as the plaster down comes, the slabs of paths nearly fall apart. This would be but everything was still acceptable does not anything so unbglaublich dirty and unorganized! On all inclusive please do. They have anyway never something offer! For Western proportions a nightmare. The service is mainly tip sharp. Maintenance from Lebensmittelmaschinen not available. Thick stopper in the Milchgefäss, mold in Orangensaftgehälter. Just about every fifth coffee cup clean. At the beach bar only with water washed. Food every day similar and not tasty. Altogether pure horror! In general the hotel area was the best. 90% Russians were put up and that the hotel to make sure at least one and a half star reduced. It was hard to bear as these people behave, disrespectful to the other guests and the staff. Read more
