We have now for the third time in this hotel, it is anytime again worth a visit.
it starts with a friendly Front desk at the front desk (you feel as a guest).
the rooms are somewhat small but comfortable.
if you are looking for more space required, should maybe book a suite.
the food is excellent and a four-star hotel in my book.
the location is very nice but a bit quiet, which we really liked.
A very beautiful wellness area (with pleasant warm water in the swimming pool).
we had our dog with us, which not a problem at all was.

all together good. However it was staff not in the location, the clogged shower drain within a week to fix it. Also the room was rather small and with bed setting no choice Seat possibilities. Unfortunately the mosquitoes were from the last summer also on the ceiling. That simply must not happen. But if you want cheap over TUI Bay, is the value for money okay. Read more

We have liked it very much. Great location, very nice staff, room was very nice we were there and horse carriage holidays were certainly not the last time here. There was nothing to complain about. We booked this hotel at short notice and were not disappointed. Check-in was great, you get a welcome champagne, or if you don't want alcohol, an orange juice. Explanation of the hotel very detailed and what was important unssehr: dogs are welcome! The rooms are very comfortable and clean installed.
