We were put up temporarily for two days, our booked hotel was considered. When we arrived, the service was rather bad (it was only for two days). The moment we arrived in our room, of course, only the view of the balcony. surprise: this incredible panoramic view, on the garbage paradise, construction without end, and skateboard area. A very nice hotel. A little bit clairaudient rooms, but very clean and with a good kitchen. The list also left no wishes open (for those who like Spanish wines) the direct location at the ocean in a bay (bath shoes do not bring along, since the entry into the water is Rocky). Great connections to Palma and only five minutes by taxi to Puerto Portals, the beautiful Marina. The seven days were a nice holiday. The set-up of the bathroom is in the years come, but still OK. Balcony is not cleaned. Good new mattresses, we have slept wonderfully. However very badly soundproofed room.

Our hotel room was also OK i think part of the hotel may have had some rooms updated but cant be sure as our courtesy room on the last day seemed a little more modern, only problem we had was a spanish family next door with a small child that screamed its face off every morning at 7am or earlier and also a small dog that lives opposite the main entrance area that liked to yap from about 6am some days so would recommed staying on the otherside of the hotel which i believe would have been a lot quieter.

The room was a good size and nicely fitted out with a few british TV channels to watch while your getting ready, only complaint really was two single beds stuck together rather than a double but this is to be expected i suppose.

The location is fantastic as it is only 10 minutes walk from the center of PalmaNova and a 5 minute taxi ride to the expensive but beautiful Puerto Portals - a real must for celeb spotting and great restaurants.

However inside its very nice and clean we found all staff to be very helpful no problems at all with them, the hotel was about 50% full which was ideal as it wasnt too busy around the pool or on the small beach area these areas could be a problem when the hotel is full as i dont think the pool is anywhere near big enough really for size of hotel.

The pool is nice but not particularly large and i could imagine it gets very busy when the hotel is full, I'm guessing here as the hotel wasn't packed when we stayed but it got pretty busy around the pool during the day.
