The room were very beautiful on the eighth floor, the bathroom was oversized. Without training of house was a fantastic use the toilet and the shower almost not possible. An ultra-modern toilet with electronic control all overwhelmed, the the unfortunately very small written english label on the toilet not be able to read. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and everything has always been excellent only this time there is building work being carried out on the roof where they are adding a floor and to the left hand side of the hotel, where they have purchased a piece of land (which I am sure they will build on after they have cleared the site) and I had cause to complain about the noise on two occasions as they work on through the night. - in October 09

) The reception staff are ignorant and not really interested, If you are unfortunate and the glass in the patio door is falling out expect to wait at least 4 hours, two phone calls down to reception, one trip down to reception and the second trip down to speak to the hotel manager before anyone comes to fix it and then its not fixed properly, the patio doors did not fit properly so noise from the road could be heard all the time, the air conditioning did not work properly, The only time staff were attentive was on the day they though you were going home!
