We just sleeped 1 night, but it was enough to realise that is a very good hotel with friendly and helpfull staff members.
The area is perfect for hiking and walking and many other activities. Also a visit to the Nurburgring is a must. Read more

The service at night was absolutely appalling the waiter tried very hard to be friendly, but not a sufficient level of service. The food took too long and the drinks forever. Not to mention that the table of the whole evening was still with the remains of the full and first after some time has been cleared. The food was Luke warm soup of a good quality but very well arranged. Positive noticed is the only nice waitress in the morning right said that they were alone and it can to bottlenecks come and we should have therefor please understand. ... Read more

If you want a good night's sleep, not room six or seven in the main book. Stayed above the kitchen, no go! Four stars for food and service, 1 star for understanding when we complained. Sorry, you have a great stay with very attentive service and an excellent cuisine. But the rooms are in the main building were more than thin and not a four star hotel. Read more
