I stayed at Hotel Spa Granada for a couple days with my boyfriend as we were traveling through Nicaragua. First of all, the building is beautiful and very large- it's an old colonial mansion that was converted into a hotel. I talked to the cuidador and apparently all the tiling, roofing, etc, is original. It's really impressive looking.
