We had booked a 17 persons office outing. Skiing in grindelwald was our goal. The walk from Interlaken to grindelwald by bus takes about 25 minutes with traffic. We arrived around 06h45 and our rooms were ready. The breakfast was okay; buffet with eggs, bacon, different types of bread, jam, cornflakes, muesli etc. the hotel is a family run Hotel, very personally managed and clean! This 3* hotel although not modern was comfortable with spacious rooms, with the exception of the lounge which only had armchair seating for about eight persons + another dozen or so on standard chairs on the raised section.
