Hotel is in an excellent location. It is situated opposite Lake Geneva and is convenient for all forms of public transport.
The room was large and bright but would have preferred to have had two chairs (not just one) and a table. The bathroom was not large but adequate. The shower head had coloured lights which was a bit of a novelty.

Only problem was getting back to the train station, since there were no signs walking south from the Hotel entrance to get back to the station. I got lost for awhile trying to find the entrance for the train station. The hotel location was really good near the lake. The breakfast room had an amazing view of the lake and French Alps. The bathroom in my room on i think the third floor was really small - no counterspace for the sink, but overall, it was a good value for the area. Montreux is a beautiful town. Read more

Very pleasant, from the friendly front desk to the last minute. Guests all age groups and various nationalities. The location is ideal: train station, post office, shops of every kind, restaurants, jetty, bus stop = everything in the vicinity of the hotel. From the balcony, opened a view of the lake and mountains. If shower-WC would be completed, would be the (single) room was pleasant. I look forward to my next trip to Montreux-Retoutbillet instead of 1-2 nights-the day ticket is the splendid. Read more

little victorian on great location, just next to the landing and with spectacular views from balcony.
noice level during summer month due to bar on street level - but great meeting point to mingle with locals - and wireless access throughout hotel.
firendly and helpful staff.
not to pleased about the key storage system - otherwise a great buy and perfect location.
most rooms have been updated or renovated in the past 2 years.
good size rooms and clean bathrooms.
