When we arrived they could our reservation (which we by homepage of the hotel will had) not. Then they said, because of the group we would have been moved to a different hotel, but it should be charged (which was more expensive than in the other hotel) and ultimately we got in this hotel but a room here. So it was a bit chaotic.
The gentleman at the registration didn't speak good German and had problems, these facts should be made clear.
However, the room was spacious with a large bathroom. But unfortunately, the mini-bar was empty.
