In this hotel one does not feel welcome! On our many travels, we have never had such an unfriendly front desk team. Of Al we against 13 o'clock having regard to the recommendation from the tourist offices Stockholm arrived there, we were very rude and with a face to the fear, that the check in only starting from 14 o'clock possible. A practical alternative to the traditional hotel translated hotel review

Well-appointed apartments, all absolutely new, clean and tastefully equipped. The total atmosphere of apparthotel is rather reserved. The traffic connections is good, but the location is in a business area with not being Neubautätigkeit not very charming. The breakfast buffet is something to get used to, self-service. The sauna area was really failed and Wellness nothing to do. We have ourselves however for those Quite comfortable and set, not a typical Hotel found. Read more

The hotel is quite good, close to the metro and at first sight it seemed like a place to stay for backpackers. Positive the kitchen was in the room, but unfortunately it was always accompanied by a loud hum, what this positive impression quickly diminished. The price should be appropriate, however one could have expected more: breakfast area just a Schuler cafeteria. Not a soul worried about a, it was very uncomfortable. The hotel is new and modern equipped. The service is limited to the front desk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our problems were handled promptly. The Atmosphere at the Breakfast is reminiscent of a modern hostel. The clearing done one. The choice is normally. the rooms are large and equipped. A flat screen Tv was available on which Swedish (partly English) programs receivable are. A safe is not available. For the really good and free Internet connection is a cable needed. The hotel is generally recommended. The apartments are spacious and clean. The kitchenette was okay. The hotel is good for tourists, not only want to eat in the restaurants, but wish to cook in the hotel. To the underground station you had to walk about 300 meters. If you are traveling with luggage, it may be a little strenuous. The service is so bad, why do we judge: The handling of complaints was remembered as fabulous.
