Very good location in the Portuguese quarter - just a few strides up to the restaurants and to the Michel. Also the other sights as speicherstadt or the inner Alster lake are reachable without problems to reach. Rooms (captain's class) are modernly furnished and a good size. The bathroom unfortunately only very superficially cleaned. The overall impression of the hotel is clean and tidy. For disabled guests access is difficult, as many stairs must be overcome in order to the front desk to reach. The different floors are easily accessible via lift. Unfortunately this was on our way back except business, so that our heavy suitcase by the staircase down to wear. On arrival by car one should note, that the parking spaces right on the hotel very limited are.
