Our accommodation, the all inclusive-food, as well as the service and the cleanliness in some areas we would have gladly preferred differently.
the entertainment for the children and the evening show programs were very good, so that we are on the way all the leaders and participants wish to acknowledge.
the hotel and its large area have their beautiful Times probably and hope, that soon some ways, the shortcomings- towels scrap, dishes and cutlery for cleanliness control would be simple measures, the welfare can increase.

The Stella paradise has a very appealing equipped front desk with fountains and rattan furniture. The staff there is friendly and helpful. The Flurwände in the hotel feature pretty pictures lovingly decorated.
the lift in our wing worked on arrival and was after 2 weeks on our way back still not repaired.
Most hotel guests came during our stay from Germany and Poland.

Who assigns the stars for a hotel... Make the owner itself? So 4 stars the hotel definitely not more not more, I have to say in my first visit a few years was still everything great. Since nothing is more made. If something was broken, it will simply not even repaired... The elevator in the hotel must have seen since months be broken, but it worries probably no more...
