Due to the hillside location a lot of stairs; however, neither at the staircases are in the buildings it railings. For older people and just very bad; for wheelchairs anyway unsuitable.
No shopping possibilities, not even a kiosk with maps, magazines, etc.
No support by the pool. Small people can not open umbrellas. It helps nobody. Pool was cleaned only after complaints or guests. Service at the pool only, if you order itself is.
