Opposite to the hotel was a complex that looked like it be regarded as being studios and apartments. There were two internet PCs' in the lobby. It was mainly used by Americans, however it from many German travel agencies. The average age was rather well above 30.

Excellent hotel; extremely attentive and friendly staff. Room smelled from smoke when we moved in (its a non-smoking hotel), staff tried to resolve this and offered us to move to another room on two consecutive days if it had´n´t become better; book breakfast in advance - it´s excellent!; several restaurants nearby; shuttle buses work perfectly; aspen area is excellent for skiing. Hotel is approx 50 meters from the slopes in Snowmass. Shuttle to Aspen, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk stops right in front of Hotel. Hot tub is very nice. E... Read more

Very pleasant hotel with a super traffic connections to the Snowmass ski area. Distance to the airport with the hotel bus Aspen circa 10 minutes. Free bus service to Buttermilk about 20 minutes and Aspen about 30 minutes. I will be returning next year travel there agian. Read more
