Our first week was a Bangkok-active week. As some activities at 8:00 o 'clock began, at these days from 7:00 o' clock breakfast. You could also (until 10,30 o'clock) after breakfast. Unfortunately, the house does not have an elevator, so that you have to drag your suitcases, but that was only at the beginning and end of the trip. The owners are only about 7:00 - 12 :00 hours present in the hotel; then there is no contact person. As there is no lift, so we had to our heavy luggage on the 2 . on lugging your luggage up three floors. The rooms were updated. They were very small as retrospectively shower cubicles, installed. Our room wasn't always cleaned perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and mostly good. Only those who got early but still at times for example salmon trout. We loved the beach villa janine loved it. Super nice service. The rooms are small, but in great shape. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was something for every taste. The location of the hotel is just off the new lighthouse, so super central. The beach just around the corner ... Did a lot with the bicycle. biking trails are awesome. Go to the Ostland drive, and café Ostland a delicious piece of cake or lunch! Very highly recommended ! So, Borkum is worth a visit and the beach villa Janine. Read more

As part of a Aktivwoche we were on the island. Very good breakfast buffet with an excellent choice of food was healthy aligned and coordinated our active program. Many thanks to the Wirtsfamilie. The other participating hotels watched the less able. The hotel has a very special charm. It is an old Insulanerhaus, nicely decorated and arranged with love for the renovated in maritime colors.
