Los nardos was booked via RSS schürmann travel, we got strelitzias. We were actually delighted with the arrival of the change. Los nardos seemed total run-down. The guests were locked when we arrived, the front desk not occupied. After 20 minutes and so on opened a friendly guest with his key. The only said that it was normal the front desk is total irregularly occupied. I ran through the hotel area and the receptionist was looking for, I could a first overview of the complex and rooms (total run-down). When I found the receptionist knew not... Read more

At the end it turned out almost any of the guests in the Los nardos or Strelitias booked this hotel, at least the people with whom we have spoken (and there have been some) the reason was the restaurants and bars near the hotel was occupied (which was not as advertised).
