This was our first time in Egypt and were very impressed. Christmas experience simply great, everything was very lovingly prepared. Hotel area and pool were very clean. Staff very friendly, rooms were clean as well as towels and sheets were changed. For us it was a very relaxing vacation and you can only recommend it. The only drawback wireless Internet access too expensive (whether in the hotel or in the Internet cafe). We were more than happy. Read more

US the holiday in the Sultan Bey was quite good. Very clean and well-kept hotel in size. Staff is very attentive and accommodating, helpful and friendly. Informal Atmosphere. the staff is wonderful, polite, friendly and very proactive--the rooms were cleaned very very well, sheets were changed daily and very clean and the bathroom was very clean--but poor amenities so bring your stuff--even if you forgot you can walk to down town it is like 5 mins walk and there is a supermarket there that has everything and it is not a mini market--by all means it was a great break for me and my family

I am Egyptian and it was my first time to visit El Gouna--my friends recommended this hotel to me--my first impression of the room was not great cause the room is old, the furniture is old and the bathroom is old and not luxurious--but after spending the first day all of us were just happy --my kids enjoyed their time to the max -- the kids club is open and working not like most hotels -- there is an Egyptian lady her name is GOLD she is nice, friendly, helpful and deals with all age groups very well they were really entertained--the beach is great they really liked it--the pool is small but great as well and clean--no food variety especially for picky eaters like my own--but the food is tasty and even if your kids don't like what is offered if you ask them in a friendly way they will get you anything.
