We were with 4 sisters aged from 44 to 62 Jhren, as well as with 2 children for 12 days in the hotel. Except at the front desk was' nobody ' not very friendly or helpful. The whole waiting staff has neither interest nor the job shown. There was no help with the table search to the meal times done. My daughter and I, stayed at the March 2012, in the hotel 'sultan of side' a week spent... The hotel is very beautiful, the staff friendly, and the food? Simply super! More than enough! It was a great stay... At any time to this hotel again.

Very bad and unfriendly service at the front desk, at the bars and especially in the restaurant. Here was tables barely cleared and especially for new guests also not set. One wanted dishes, there was the buffet sent...
We have rarely seen so bocklose staff experienced-and the at the start the season.
In our Erckerzimmer with 3 large windows we had no opaque curtains, so in the night it was bright and clock! At Ausschlafenw ar so not to think. The demand at the front desk brought - as expected - of course not.

We had a very nice 14-day vacation in the Sultan of side. The value for money was also very good. The rich and qualitative of high quality the range of dishes on offer is simply brilliant.
