The hotel is quite getting old and needs to be renovated. The carpets in the hallways are pitfalls. In the rooms there are rotten Estrichstellen and the bathrooms are partly very old and smell a bit.
The lobby is okay. And the restaurant is at the heart of of the hotel. The dishes were very good quality and very, very tasty. We have for the second time in the hotel Kreuzeck our family vacation spent (age of 8 years up middle 70). Everybody was again fully satisfied. Rooms were already before reference time(3:30 P. M.) ready. Everything clean and tidy! Very friendly staff in the whole hotel. Small complaints (light bulb broken) were very fast fixed. Selection of drinks and food was really good. For children there is evenings always a extra-food. There really is none too short and this is surely not hungry bed.

If the seventies- atmosphere and certain deficit in the facilities( for example elevator broken) and smaller cleanliness Flaws not disturb, in the as a family under Jugenherbergspreis with all inclusive vacation make. The children are looked after, older children can do!
