Wengen is a very nice very expensive, as are the absolutely 'civil' drinks in the sun star right on. Car free place-I think really good, even if you are a bit depends on the trains, no matter-or down. Small front desk -everything was there-friendly staff, multi-lingual, check-in-check-out is very fast, if not an Asian group arrives at the same time. We stayed for 5 days in this hotel, in the main street of Wengen. On our arrival we were welcomed by the owner himself who offered us a drink and explained a lot about the hotel, the activities and Wengen. Very friendly atmosphere and good service, especially from the reception desk. We were upgraded to a duplex room with a beautiful view on the Jungfrau area.

The hotel convinced also in summer with the hotelier family and outspoken friendliness of the entire staff.
Lovely large pool and steam sauna after extensive walks. We can only recommend a stay...

Wengen-no cheap-especially now, where we can calculate the 1:1 holder there soon (the tourists from the " non-euro countries " have the upper hand here!). But in this hotel is very nice but the service and we would always again with great pleasure again. Extremely friendly welcome or care during the entire stay.
The room was clean with enough storage possibilties very spacious.
Food was excellent, rich buffet (changing salad, special or dessert buffet) in combination with varied three course meal.
Furthermore, children's buffet/menu.
Families were able to get something early for dinner, so that the children in the games or watch a DVD could play children, while the parents in peace to end the meal could enjoy.

Just returned from a week here after a gap of ten years - why did we leave it so long? Very friendly staff, together with excellent food and service from the whole team, including the husband and wife managers, Oliver and Katja, not forgetting the dining room supremo Astrid, for whom nothing was too much trouble. - in January 10
On the upside, the mini bar contents were free, the staff (on the whole) were very friendly, they had nice touches with bed turn-down, delivery of weather forecasts and nightly treats left by your pillow - this basic service was well delivered, but bordered on the amateur (as if copying larger hotels who can offer this service more professionally).
