The hotel is rather new and tries to be a design hotel and they offer a buffet breakfast and dinner which holds a good standard for being buffet The people who holds the power to making a hotel stay nice and pleasurable is really the staff and especially in a hotel like this where the only staff you meet are the reception staff and the restaurant staff The restaurant staff were kind helpful and tried hard to make their customers enjoy their stay Which cannot be said for the reception staff They are truly the first impression a guest gets of a hotel and as well the leaving impression a guest will go with we both come for the same industry and this is one of the worst experiences we have ever had with reception front desk staff any where in the world When we write that we didnt just have one encounter with them but several and everytime it was as bad and arrogant service - in June 10
