very good and centrally located hotel in Izmir, in my opinion a the best in Izmir. Enough big room in top condition inclusive safe, flat screen, kettle ( teabag in sufficient quantity inclusive). Bathroom with bath and shower, all in very good condition. The best: the breakfast. This one should in any case to book, since a very good selection is available. Swissotel izmir is one of the best that the city has to offer. The transportation situation to and from the Wellness Area, the large outdoor swimming pool with the beautiful park one-time. The staff are very friendly and always made sure to help. There can be problems with the communication, as English is not so common, this is the whole turkey. Nice city hotel located on the sea. By the pool in the park and you don't really notice it, that you are in a city location. Very attentive staff. Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) were very well maintained. Free: towels and mineral water. Very well-equipped fitness center. Very good breakfast, large outdoor terrace. Smoking rooms available. Fantastic! Best location in izmir. You can also with children.
The staff was always friendly and helpful, all of them spoke very good English. In the middle of the centre, you can almost do anything by foot.

Another thing to say is that the tour that ordered from the hotel provides a very high quality service(selcuk,efes bergama) and reasonable price, guide is so knowledgeble and the lunch was very nice too(a lot better than the normal tour lunch).

but always book basis bed-and-breakfast as, firstly, breakfast is excellent, and secondly if breakfast is not included in your room rate it is very expensive I have stayed at Grand Efes Swissotel Izmir 4 times now (usually 5 to 10 days each trip) and will defintly return in the future.
