Although I Member of the swissotel circle am, this not a soul interested in. I paid by reka cheques. Were only reluctant to taken. We had a " and " Grand lit a queen size bed (140 centimeter wide only) with a blanket get, so it wasn't a real double room. Second blanket we got without any problems. Room 1412 is not as advertised in the 14. Floor, but in. 6, this is all stupid and annoying! Spa nice, but rather sterile. As the families with children came, was almost impossible to swim... They are not from the exterior of this hotel put you off, inside it is great.
Especially überzeut has the warm and friendly service.
The room is quite small but good for a short stay perfectly adequate. The bathroom is small but clean.
During our stay was the restaurant and the bar closed, because it is under construction. We got the breakfast around 31. Floor with a great view of Zurich and the flight with departing.
