The last assessment 2010 has changed nothing at the hotel. It is very shabby (veneer peeling from furniture, chairs worn-out). The cleaning of the room on our floor (9) left a lot to be desired (carpet vacuum only after a request, at the change was missing towels and wash cloths. Balcony forget. After three hours of shuttle from the airport, we were given a room on the third floor with a view of ventilation pipes and without balcony. (Budget room had booked) only for a fee of 20 euro per night it was possible, to get a better room. This was the ninth floor with a lovely view of Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia and the sea.

Safty consciousness is all well and good, but what the guests in this hotel are expected, is a hassle. Before check in three checks (!) incl. Luggage unpack, because we had a small pocket knife in the bags, which was confiscated. For purchases in the hotel bazaar every time the bags. It was rather good, why you " all inclusive " every individual and every drink extra ball by name, room number and signature must acknowledge.. It wasn't bad, but in the long run annoying.

The hotel already had its best years behind it and needs in many places will renovoiert. The restaurants and bars near the hotel are pretty good. Unfortunately hardly anyone spoke German. A German travel agent on site is not available. Once there was a staff member from the organizers, the made appointments as good as never kept. You had to constantly call, important information. The hotel stay as all inclusive-guest could be taken literally. A striking, not (honest friendliness) check friendliness of the service staff. The beach, the water, diving and snorkelling possibilities in the direct hotel area very good. Trip possibilities in all directions and are highly recommended (mountain of Moses, elat, dead sea and Jerusalem we had booked and had good support seen as great). Read more
