Tagish Wilderness Lodge offers a lifestyle far from paved roads and busy cities. Cozy log cabins, great food and Yukon's pristine wilderness. Start your relaxing days as soon you step off the boat or seaplane!
Hotel location
The small village of Tagish is located at Tagish Lake, approx. 1 driving hour southeast of Whitehorse, 1 hour from Atlin (British Columbia), and also approx. 1 hour from Skagway (Alaska). Whether you travel to Tagish Wilderness Lodge from BC, directly from Whitehorse or even from Alaska – it is ideally nestled between the main travel routes and within only 50 minutes driving time by boat or snowmobile, you are transferred to the Lodge where you enjoy your stay completely secluded and inaccessible by roads.

A personal service from your Swiss hosts and a family atmosphere are natural at our small property!
Gastronomy in the hotel
Our complimented cooking includes hearty and international meals, lovingly prepared to complete your wilderness experience. All meals and non-alcoholic beverages are included in our rates, as well as an afternoon snack after your daily excursion. For your healthy home style breakfast, we serve you our freshly baked bread every morning – let the day begin!
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
There are many exciting activities to discover the Tagish Lake Region - we take you to great fishing spots, where you may try your luck on lake trout, northern pike and arctic grayling.
Canoeing through secluded bays with a romantic shore lunch or kajaking on the lake on your own are also very popular activities. And of course the beauty of a still pristine nature with rich wildlife in its natural habitat.
Hotel room/Accommodation
Our guests stay in a cozy, handmade log cabin that includes either a queen- or two twin beds. All cabins come with comfortable bedding, firewood, washing facilities, a portable toilet and solar lighting. Showers are located in the main house.
