First impressions: front desk totally messy, cobwebs on the ceilings on the staircase. Second impression: The floor in the room was dirty, there was hair and small Dreckpartickel on the planet. Bed and towels were clean, though. All in all we had three days and wanted to just get out after this impression! After the first complaint to the assistant, we were offered a new room.
