Simple but clean Hotel. Our room was no air conditioning and no tv. If I pay a little I can not much. Nice front desk (by Julio) very centrally located and not too far from the beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Definitively a little noise from the street with opened window you have to stand for breakfast, there it is worthwhile getting really not;-)I intend to stay on the beach or in the city and not in the room. The hotel is more of a hostel. The front desk was very friendly (Julio). The rooms are 2008 apparently been renovated. Dirt in the corners, hair on the beds, etc. mainly lack of normal, everyday cleanliness. The breakfast should be avoided. For a 'celebration weekend' but it's okay. For God's sake not with kids for a vacation with the family journeys. The location is relatively quiet, except for the German bawling. Read more

If you don't care about service and food and you only get to sleep, for a few hours, you can book, otherwise you should choose one with more stars. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Clean we made I think only on demand, it was very dirty and you have to ask for toilet paper, even at the front desk, and that should be comfortable with amenities. The hotel is located only about 200m away from the beach on the height of ballermann two and a very Central. Within a minute is a large supermarket also to reach. Numerous restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, it was not too far to walk to the numerous bars and discotheques.
