We were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned daily. With the cover on the beds you have a lot of trouble given and put various forms. The service employees were all very nice and helpful. The hotel's own the beach is only a few steps away from the hotel. The service employees are very nice and the beach was cleaned every day. the hotel is clean. the rooms are OK on the whole up to couple details. It will be cleaned daily. breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and diverse.
Not like a 5 star hotel room should be but was the room not so important!
staff were very friendly up to front desk. child care was not the best because it is in the November was I take it amiss exactly the entertainers were sluggish and gernevt !

The hotel was in good condition, however not much special, but only the coerced for a hotel. The beach was rather marginal in the sense, because of the way there is a bit of a challenge, because the way smells like a bin. The staff and the entertainment was however good. The food you could as a kitchen of the restaurant rate, it was a lot of variety since, the best I found however the cakes. The hotel is actually in a good location, because by bus you can for 3 euros to Alanya and it only takes 20 minutes

quite a good hotel in a quiet location, bus connection available (short walk), good spa offer, 14 days of a varying entertainment programme, so that no boredom arises - if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, a good tip, but when on an excursion, you should not trust what's written or has been said, especially with the shopping in Antalya + Side and with the hammam (is offered in any hotel in this area, which I find outrageous) so I can't accuse the hotel. - in November 10

Volcan was amazing and had us smiling all day we made good friends with him and cihangir we would come back to the hotel happily just to see them again, for the long hours that they work you will never see any of them in a bad mood, my partner was more than happy with entertainment team with volcan often calling him his 'abi' (big brother).
