Terceira is compared to other Azoreninseln relatively good commercial. There are hiking trails and with the Furna signposted de Enxofre and some beautiful caves good Ausfugsziele. As everywhere in the Azores is also here the summer best travel time.

Is located at the edge of Angra. All rooms have a sea view. The center of Angra is on foot in about 20 minutes and you can easily reach. Large breakfast buffet. The restaurant is also recommendable. Read more

Good location, directly with seaview. Few minutes walk to the town centre. Restaurants nearby. Is also very important, as the hotel's restaurant very overpriced and quality is not good quality.
For kids unfortunately no employment and also no playground. The coffee for breakfast was terrible, I have rarely drank have been so a bit thin. Here you have to remedy with Nescafébeutel.
The bar was isolated and not too busy.
In Angra trips are worthwhile themselves with a rental car and the Monte Brasil. The old town is worth seeing., Read more

I loved it at the hotel terceira Mar. It is located in a quiet area directly by the sea. The center of Angra I walk about 10 minutes. The rates for rental cars are from Germany usually cheaper than on site. As terceira is not too large, you can of Angra from good day-trips on the whole island. From the airport to reach the hotel from the highway in about 20 minutes. When I was there, was mostly Portuguese crowd there. Was the first week of June 2009 in terceira Mar hotel. This four-story hotel is dezent simple build on a hillside, so that in 4. Floor, and all other guestrooms are lower and are accessible by elevator. All rooms have a balcony and face the ocean, so you can hear almost nothing from the street noise.
