Hotel Terme Imperial

This hotel is in our opinion not a four stars. The pool area is not well maintained, the standard rooms are extremely small-about ten square-meters and very sparse equipped. The view from the rooms is after all sides unpleasant. The management of the hotel and the service at the front desk are very rude, inflexible and not kritikfähig. The hotel was us emfohlen and was a let down. It were only very few guests in the house, 65 + age. The food was never fresh cooked, we had the Verdach it was brought in each day. It was badly peppered, no choice of starters (as in a 3 star hotel in Spain before 30 years) and very overcooked. Each day fish chops and very rarely, no typical Italian food as we it should know.
