It was our first skiing vacation and we felt very much at ease. Positive is the all-inclusive offer with ski pass, ski storage direct at lift and 20 SFR coupon per person& per day for eating and drinking in the winter sports region. We knew, the the hotel a bit old, but more on the service and performance respected, as a ski weekend have. we took our son with us and have a extra charge of 150 CHF for 2 nights paid. the location is reasonable, as you by bus everywhere good to go. Rooms are very filthy and old (moddriger odor), but the room staff put in a lot of effort. child care is OK (have just looked) but leave the ADHD children grant. very old-fashioned. But we knew that. Sunshine, an all-round successful vacation. Beautiful ski slopes. EIR highlight was the gondola to titlis. The hotel was old, but it had charm. Every evening a other Themenbüffee, you could for dinner on the illuminated ski jump see. Read more

On the whole is the terrace a stylish and pleasant hotel. The rooms are reasonable and the food is good-no more and no less. Handling at the front desk however was a pure impertinence: We booked as a couple an arrangement with two nights half board inclusive a Two day ski pass for CIRCA CHF 450 per person. getting a bit old, but with lots of flavor. 170 rooms built in 1910. we had all inclusive with ski pass. Furniture frumpy but functional. Two single beds, together, however the mattresses too narrow. bathroom in need of renovation, particularly the plastic-walk-in shower and the orange washbasin. But everything in a clean state very friendly staff, ski guiding is complimentary and much more. On a complaint immediately response.
