Very stylish hotel in a very central location. beautiful large freshly renovated Rooms with stunning views. very friendly staff. everyone is hard-working a every need from your lips. further I upgeraded in a suite. incredible great with a view of the crysler building. definitely the suite in the 17 floor point 1704 book ;-) highly recommendable directly opposite the subways and Munich Hofbräu . 3 blocks away the fifth ave. great location! Recommendable hotel for a city trip. The rooms are a bit small (but in NYC is the seemed to be like that). The lobby is tiny, but the staff makes this friendly and very helpful. The location is great - within 10 mins walking distance of Times Square and 5 minutes to the Grand Central Station. Ideal base to Sightseiing. Read more

This hotel has very pleasantly surprised! The location is great - you are thick of it, yet it isn't noisy. Service in the hotel is great, all are very very nice. Business center is free. For a city break in NYC I can't recommend it highly enough. It's nothing fancy, but has everything you need and it is clean. All in all there is nothing to complain about! Read more

Negatives: I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The first impression was a good, but after a while I began to doubt whether the hotel really a "leading hotel of the World". The amenities and the main approach of hotels, but nothing to complain about the quality furniture and equipment to be desired. In the suite in which I stayed, were all furniture wrong installed. Closets did not close properly and the switches to set the temperature control the air conditioner worked partly not (The FOCUSED temperature was not get to them). Sounds picky,... Read more
