The hotel is conveniently located - Copley Square with loads of restaurants and unlimited shopping around the corner, the harbor is within walking distance. Check in very "efficient", but ok, rooms great, Avis 3 minutes walk. After a round trip of New England we were allowed to, although there is no more guests in the hotel stored our luggage. AND - that's what I services - when we were picked up from our friends, enough to give each of us a bottle of water in the car. The Hilton BACKS Bay hotel is not the description on the internet. Location is very good, especially for business travelers, the rooms are too small (despite Hilton hhonors status), the value for money is not a 4 star hotel. Minibar was never filled, bathroom too small, ceiling with infested with mold. A day was only cold water available. Read more

The hotel is located. It has good transport links to the city. The whole area is very clean and well maintained. The food is good by American standards. Room service is excellent. Several times daily the bathroom and room controlled and may be were taken care. Wishes were immediately taken into account. With the windows closed (good air conditioning) no disturbing noise could be heard. The hotel is to recommend without any compromises. Read more
