This was our first time in New York and have felt ourselves very well in this hotel. Room was big enough and clean. Hotel is in a very good location and is very much within walking distance, metro stations are nearby, as well as breakfast and shopping. We'll gladly come back. Read more

... friends. The huge ceiling and the style of the bed, there were a dream! As the other facilities. Flat screen TV, free safe, wardrobe, huge dresser and beautiful bathroom! Air conditioning was in the really high temperatures in july a must and worked great. cant comment on food, since we didn't booked meals. Location of the hotel 1A! Almost at the Timessquare, Dunkin Donut around the corner, McDonalds and Starbucks also not far. The food in the fast food restaurants was a bit not my case, because too greasy, but you have to expect in NY with. Read more

... drinks ... Was The cause we own drinks in the minibar cool, but a few kept out of the hotel and go in the morning. Something we didn't know was the fact that the removal of drinks automatically registered and to the room. At the front desk (after the thing was explained the bill) but immediately and without any problem amended.
It is very central location in the heart of Manhattan, subway station in the immediate vicinity (100 meters), mäkkes nearby (100 meters), so you didn't have to eat at the hotel. There is food and drink very expensive. Read more

... Our room was very small, but clean & quiet. The bad review is mainly due to the indebted, missed an appointment. A fax message to a guest not mesage - no go zone!!!!!
Bathroom is disastrous, only separated from the living room with a sliding door, no shelf space for towels.
An urgent fax scheduled in NY was 5 days not distributed (until it was time to check out), the fax was even in an envelope with our room nr. But not used put. He apologized, but nothing on the day of departure. This really shouldn't happen.
