The hotel is centrally located and comfortably furnished. The service leaves lots to be desired. The parking lot in addition costs can $17 plus tax per day. The (slow) wireless internet - access costs can $ 9 , -- plus tax per day. It is usual in other hotels, a free access. The food is average and it takes a long time (approx. 20 Minutes), it is served. The hotel is centrally located, all attractions such as Canada Place, Gastown, Stanley Park, Granville Island we within walking distance. The kitchen is superb, the breakfast is also recommended. allways taxis waiting in front of the hotel. Tip: price negotiate for transportation to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. In fact is next to the hotel a hospital, the sirens of cars often, but it was not really disturbing, just adds to a Millionenstadt. Swimming pool etc we didn't use. The hotel was located very central for the city is on foot or by the Explorerbus (bus stop is just outside the hotel). The lobby is updated and well presented. The staff is very helpful and courteous. We recommend this hotel to others. For sensitive unfortunately the hotel is situated only a block from the emergency room of the largest hospital in Vancouver, but you can get to the sirens to get used to. Still 4 stars. Read more
