Highly recommendable, clean central but nevertheless right peacefully located, on foot a lot reachable, cIRCA 15 minutes on foot to the center art Deco. Food/drink in direct proximity, guest parking at the hotel very expensive, bus drove close to the hotel. To the beach perhaps 10 minutes on foot.

the hotel is very getting old; it shows very fast. The door to the balcony could easily open, if a attempted would have from the outside to the room to get in, he would have done it.
we had the hotel without meals, as we were told, this is no different possible. You could eat breakfast there, but would rather not make. It was not good.

the hotel lies one block away from the beach. The famous Lincoln road with lots of shops and restaurants only ten minutes footpath. Very nice suite. Decor was stylish and modern. No balcony. Beautiful kitchen, but hardly equipped. Four glasses for four people, four cups, knives, etc. four pots and pans and two small 1 pan for exact 1 fried eggs. The Dorchester hotel is located right on the lively Collins Avenue, just a few minutes walk away from the beach (separated by a street). With the taxi for around six US dollars to Ocean drive (with the southern part), a couple of blocks from Lincoln road and the Northern part of ocean drive one can also run. The entrance to the hotel is a bit further in the back, tucked away in the yard. One comes to foot within five-ten minutes to Lincoln Road, five minutes from the beach, where you can go cross-country skiing to ocean drive in the art deco and district. Parking is with-dollar 28 US quite high! Personally, I was very happy, that we only had one night in Miami beach had seen, both from the hotel, as well as from the place.
