The new Elgin is an older, very dignified house, this is a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are over several floors, the a bit nested Flights of stairs (no elevator) achieved. The heating is effected on smaller heater, but sufficient Production heat. Special service: with cold nights the bed is preheated with hot water bottles.
