The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Calgary. The pedestrian precinct with a huge selection of shops and restaurants is only a block away. Likewise, - depending on the location of the room, also with a certain background noise be expected. The hotel is a typical old Bahnhofshotels the Fairmont group. For those wishing to European-plush ambience, you just right. The rooms have a pretty old-fashioned charm. A refurbishment but couldn't hurt. This is apparently also planned. Read more

I did not like the imitial charge for local telephone calls which were deleted when it was extablished I was a President's Club Member when the hotel was Canadian Pacific.
