The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient, the rooms were very clean, but relatively small, the bathroom was big enough and very clean. The furniture was partly shabby, the design but pleasant. The breakfast was good and sufficient selection, the Thornton's restaurant deserve its star, very good food and excellent service. i have had many enjoyable visits to fitzwilliam both business and pleasure. staff are friendly and helpful. hotel is central to all city theaters shops etc. will always give fitzwilliam first request for availability when staying in dublin. have no hesitation in recommending to friends . Read more

We had a standard room, which here, as I believe, was listed as Excelsior, inclusive breakfast.
