So well, the in the transaction sold 5 * house turned out 4 * category...
If you consider, that this house 1908 was built, so it is in good condition.
However in the past the necessary repairs not always good/tidy carried out, what you rooms unfortunately look at.
An adjustable-height vanity in the bathroom without function, a toilet-door handles quite wobbly, noisy squeaking Fensterklappen and so on and so on and so on

We enjoyed the hotel very good. However we had a room on the street out, it was very loud (no matter, whether in the morning or evenings, weekday or weekend). Next time we would have a room with inner courtyard questions. Also a earlier check in on the day of arrival( Thursday ) was not a problem.

very nice, centrally located town hotel nearby the Parliament. The rooms and the bathroom are modernly decorated. You have everything you required for a short city break. On foot there are about 15 minutes to 'Stephen' and in the pedestrian precinct. The subway is only a 2-minute walk away, with this one comes also from the airport or, if desired, from the city. The breakfast is extensive and well, the ambience in the breakfast room is extraordinary -as the whole hoteland tastefully. Can only recommend this hotel. Read more

Recommend a visit to Salm Brau, brewery and restaurant in old convent next to Lower Belvedere, happy hour 3 to 5, (you won't need to eat any sooner than this after the superb breakfast) Don't be put off by all the tables saying reserved, we found that they keep them that way so they have some control over where people sit.
