Great hotel certainly better than' Marina Bay Sands' opposite with substantially more exclusivity. Very wonderful pool area and best service at the pool bar. Beds ( in our room) already somewhat worn however otherwise again at any time. Ideal location for stadterkundigung and shopping. Read more

the hotel was wonderful! There was a rich breakfast buffet with all what your heart desires. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had a great view of Singapore flyer and Marina Bay. It was in the morning tidy and cleaned. On some days was our room even twice a day tidy. We have a day by the pool and got free water poured and appetizers are served. Hotel top class! Very friendly and attentive staff. The check in, as well as the check out was quick and friendlywhen considering the check-out was something from the mini bar, but that we had not consumed, it has been our stuck immediately from the bill without large demands away. we had a Mandarin Grand room reserved and were immediately on arrival in a city suite altered. harbor view is a must in this hotel. The view of the city is just gorgeous. The service leaves nothing to be desired. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Complaints are dealt with immediately fixed. So we were given, when we got there the breakfast found a broken glass, to compensate our own chocolates, and a good bottle red wine.
