Famoses Designer hotel, nevertheless comfortable. Breakfast and bar with a fantastic view over the nordkette mountains and the roofs of the city, the unglaublichste breakfast buffet! I am 3-4 time p. A. And the hotel is constant top, there are really nothing to complain about. Parking garage right below and always sufficiently wide seats, is achievable. In the middle in the center - 8 minutes to the golden roof-a shopping arcade.

The hotel is very centrally located in Innsbruck! At the reception we were very friendly welcome! We were checked in by a trainee apprentice or likely, with which one noticed, that they have not all white but was very gracious and welcoming, very competent and very nice colleague help! The front desk staff is young and very friendly. The rooms are modern and clean. The mattress was very comfortable (is very important to me) the hotel bar on the fifth floor was excellent with a huge selection of drinks and friendly professional staff. The breakfast was great! I have stayed in many hotels, but such a wide range (exotic fruits, freshly squeezed juices, different spreads, and much more) I stayed for a very long time. Had a meeting in the afternoon and, although the bar in the fifth floor not was we were allowed to keep open the meeting there on the great roof terrace. Mr Penz has organized us even a coffee and invited us out. Thank you! Read more

The worse thing was I asked if the parking was secure and was told yes but when we got there it was a multi storey public car park for the shopping centre at the side of the hotel stay well clear it's not worth the money and when your paying €200 for 1nights stay you don't want to be spoken to by a young girl as if your dirt Very Very bad recetion staff
