... was that there was just too much to choose from, and we can't complain at that! The Staff were genuinely interested how we felt and that we were enjoying our time there, we both felt so welcomed which was lovely. We met the new manager by a complaint we had with another guest and he was very polite and respectful and soon made us forget about our problems and continue to enjoy our stay. We will sure be booking in the near future. Thankyou for making our time in Pirates Gate so wonderful! We would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody! Read more

... you can really forget. If you wanted to drink they simply turned and left totally rude as if we were the biggest idiots. Which was indifferent to null Bock set. There were only a few glasses in the hotel if one had warste the boss you really had to beg the you manage to get. Then you will have the glasses not even flushed just back limited even if it is not your own glass was. The rooms were large and the toilet was separately good I thought.
