We stayed in the superior room with the balcony, this room was infested with bugs and mosquitos, I was bitten 12 times throughout the night and had the marks to prove it in the morning, I complained to the receptionist only to be told that there was a local pharmacist where I could but some ointment, I wasn't offered any reduction what so ever. - in August 10
