We had two rooms (a suite and a double room and arrived with five people at the check-in at 12:30 o 'clock man told us D rooms are cleaned and we could then check in!! You meant the then 16 o' clock have told us the same, we would have had the time on the beach! We travel a lot, but such a bad service mentality as in the restaurant we have ever experienced! The hotel is in good condition and met the expectations of a five stars hotel. The location is also very Central. The rooms are large and spacious. However, they should in the run-up to make sure you don't book room offering a view of the backyard granted a horror. This was very disappointing for us. Read more

Here is why we loved The Ritz-Carlton South Beach: we were upgraded to better room upon check in, it was big, the bed is so comfortable we wanted to take it home, room gets spotless cleaned all the time, stuff speaks English and Spanish with great courtesy, towels and beach chairs are included and you can order anything from the restaurant to the beach, pools opened 24 hours, gym has all you need, the magnetic card key worked every time (first time ever!
