... 8 days until the departure! They told us that the the problem fix it but in vain. After a conversation with our Neckermann/Thomas Cook tour operator we were from the hotel with a small bottle of rum (= 15 euros) compensated. What do you on vacation or futile rumstreiten? What we also did not like, was our junior suite, consisting of only a room in the toilet open (great if the flushing not!). ... butler we were always friendly hello. With English one comes really good by. The cleaning of the rooms was consistently reasonable, very clean. Wish or complaints were immediately to our satisfaction done. In the many à-la-carte restaurants we liked particularly the quick and friendly service, as well as the atmosphere and facilities. ... day again enjoyed. The royal suites are very recommendable. We were in a swimup suite and it was simply great. To habituate sun and climate was the suite great. On the own terrace with access to the pool-great! Many guests in middle average age retirees. Nationalities: many Canadians, Americans, some Russians and many Germans. During our travels dominated the Canadian guests. we were very satisfied, big enough, flat screen, iPod station, four poster bed, the mattress was too hard, but certainly not bad.
