Nice hotel, something old, but clean.
The food is good. The staff was courteous.
The room are clean, each day new bed sheets and towels.
The area is very green and neat.
I would always go there again added.

... the airport to the hotel 20 minutes five. The hotel is well maintained and the pool is also in a good condition. The restaurants and food are getting used to but OK. We were the only Germans 'family ' otherwise was the hotel with Russian guests booked. Also the staff spoke usually only Russian, but not at all bothered the. Drinks came out of bottles of Pepsi, mirinda, water..., what I thought it was very pleasant. For taxis to Mahmoud turn, it gives tips and is also from early morning to late night in the hotel, it is on time and reliable. Read more

The hotel was very beautifully constructed and designed.
What swayed me to rate this hotel not very good, was the noise level. The hotel was located in the approach path from the airport and each airplane that started flew over the area.
At night it was not possible to open the windows, as some guests in the middle of the night talked very loudly, argued, sang, without consideration for sleeping guests. It was very badly soundproofed.
When we were there, there were about 60 % eastern Europeans, 30 % English and 10 % Belgians, Germans, ... Read more

The size of the hotel area was great. There were several pools available, these weren't too overcrowded either. You just mostly had bad luck with pool chairs at the pool if you slept in.
The hotel was very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day and the pool wasn't neglected either. It was a pity however that the all inclusive services already ended at midnight. But you could already enjoy yourself at the bars all day long.
Knowledges in English were an advantage because the staff was otherwise more adjusted to the Eastern European guests ... Read more

We had problems with a very nice holiday in this hotel.
The resort is beautifully decorated, very old but in good condition. Please not with 4 * european compare! The staff is very friendly, the double room are functional, not very beautiful, but if you're in the room on. We had the luck to get a suite because we the days not satisfied were first. The management is endeavored!
The beach is beautiful for snorkeling you can get drinks from the bus runs hourly, what more could you ask for? It is mostly Poles and British guests in the hotel, tho... Read more

very nice hotel ,location ,free bus to go in namabays at night,good animation ,food was excellent,poeple very polite,the room very clean and most thing i like was the decoration on bed ,so every night you get surprise when come to slip,sometime you find flower,animal make buy towel anyways always something make you feel special,since i came back i didn t stop to think about the massage i have there [5 in total] i like massage but the have magic hand to do it ,i find myself trying of joy and in peace since come back don t miss this. - in November 09

I emailed the hotel in advance to ask for a room in the newer part of the Hotel - which we got when we arrived, and the General Manager Ahmed Khairy asked to meet me and my partner when we got there which was a very nice touch - we often seen him around the Hotel which was nice and we had a drink with him one night in the reception bar - he made you feel really welcome as you don't often see the Manager 'front of house' in a hotel. - in June 10

Well what can i say larger is ok but you could drink it all day and it wouldnt effect you i drank brandy and coke as tried a few other drinks a nd they were undrinkable but to be fair im not a big drinker so if you are id take your own and also taake you own plastic pint glass as the glasses they give you are just 1 mouthful and they happily fill them for you have to say Shawky from the Morgan Bar is great and also Mohamad from the slides pool bar so friendly both of them ther is 2 bars to go to on a night and a nightclub which is ok Animation Team-There are all fantastic and talk to everyone around the pools and try to get you to join in have to say we spent a lot of time down at the slides pool bar with Nagety and 'Uncle Bob who my 8 year old son loved and me to of course brilliant people and do miss them Entertainment-Its very low key and on from 9 till 10 every night the animation team try so hard but dont expect to much although i thought the riverdance was really good Rooms-Well this was were the main problem was wont go through the ins and outs but we had quite major problems as in scalding hot shower and numerous other problems but have to say they sorted it out within minutes and they did everything they could to help although in thy end we did have to change rooms and even then it was no hassle to them the lady on customer relations was great and even the general manager came to see me was a very nice touch I have to say i wasnt impressed with the cleaning of the 1st room infact it was dity especially the floors they were thick with muck but when we changed rooms to the other part of the hotel it got much better and he did actually clean everyday and always had fresh towels Location-If your just wanting to stay in your hotel thats great i personally like to go for walks but they really is nothing to see or do without getting a taxi or if ya brave enough the little blue egyptian buses which i was costs you bout 10pence instead of 10english pounds in a taxi to go to the shops thee is a place called the Metro fo r all ya holiday bits its just a supermarket but is so so much cheaper than the hotel shops a tip dont buy insect spray in england they still bite you with it on get there own they sell it all over but in the chemists they charge you 50 egyption and its only 10 at the metro for the same stuff its called Stay away or anothert one is called Off most people were getting bitten so be prepared All in all meet some great people weather was fabolous in the 50s and fish in the sea were amazing so think i would go back purley because of the friendly staff and was good value for the money - in September 10

The sauna / massage experience was so bad my partner walked out halfway through due to being stuck in a tiny room containing 3 massage beds and she was on the middle bed ( large russian guys lying either side of her being very loud and obnoxious ) and the male masseur had to climb on my partners bed on all fours just so he could continue the massage !

There was some noise from aircraft but it never became overly intrusive but maybe not for those who want 100% peace and quiet, it is also some distance from Naama Bay so if you want the nightlife maybe better somewhere closer or pay for the taxis, the hotel beach is some distance away but a free shuttle bus is available hourly til about 5pm.

The hotel had 6 beautifully cleaned swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers, with lovely well kept surrounding gardens, the rooms were spotless and towel art ace, the food really nice with plenty to choose from for everyone every day, The service was brilliant, the housekeepers, cleaners, waiters, chiefs, bar staff, animation team and gardeners all did a great job, nothing was any trouble and everything done with a smile and a joke. - in July 10

The hotel runs an hourly free bus to the beaches; Sharks Bay is the one to go to although it is a shingle beach but fish and snorkelling make it worthwhile.

Well what can i say larger is ok but you could drink it all day and it wouldnt effect you i drank brandy and coke as tried a few other drinks a nd they were undrinkable but to be fair im not a big drinker so if you are id take your own and also taake you own plastic pint glass as the glasses they give you are just 1 mouthful and they happily fill them for you have to say Shawky from the Morgan Bar is great and also Mohamad from the slides pool bar so friendly both of them ther is 2 bars to go to on a night and a nightclub which is ok Animation Team-There are all fantastic and talk to everyone around the pools and try to get you to join in have to say we spent a lot of time down at the slides pool bar with Nagety and 'Uncle Bob who my 8 year old son loved and me to of course brilliant people and do miss them Entertainment-Its very low key and on from 9 till 10 every night the animation team try so hard but dont expect to much although i thought the riverdance was really good Rooms-Well this was were the main problem was wont go through the ins and outs but we had quite major problems as in scalding hot shower and numerous other problems but have to say they sorted it out within minutes and they did everything they could to help although in thy end we did have to change rooms and even then it was no hassle to them the lady on customer relations was great and even the general manager came to see me was a very nice touch I have to say i wasnt impressed with the cleaning of the 1st room infact it was dity especially the floors they were thick with muck but when we changed rooms to the other part of the hotel it got much better and he did actually clean everyday and always had fresh towels Location-If your just wanting to stay in your hotel thats great i personally like to go for walks but they really is nothing to see or do without getting a taxi or if ya brave enough the little blue egyptian buses which i was costs you bout 10pence instead of 10english pounds in a taxi to go to the shops thee is a place called the Metro fo r all ya holiday bits its just a supermarket but is so so much cheaper than the hotel shops a tip dont buy insect spray in england they still bite you with it on get there own they sell it all over but in the chemists they charge you 50 egyption and its only 10 at the metro for the same stuff its called Stay away or anothert one is called Off most people were getting bitten so be prepared All in all meet some great people weather was fabolous in the 50s and fish in the sea were amazing so think i would go back purley because of the friendly staff and was good value for the money - in April 10

This Hotel is by far the best hotel me and my family have stayed at, VERY clean, Staff VERY helpfull and friendly , Food Excellent ( If you want Burger and chips go to BLACKPOOL ) , 6 swimming pool 2 big slides plenty for kids to do, Animations are the best, SANTWO IS THE BEST he made my childrens holiday as the was so friendly even if he cant play table tennis, WE WANT TO GO BACK ASAP

Here is a breakdown of typical day's food make up in the restaurant that I remember: Breakfast - Boiled Eggs, Freshly Made Omelettes, Freshly made Pancakes (my favourite), Croissants and many other types of Danish pastries, Cereal (Cornflakes, Chocolate ones), Orange and Pineapple drink, fresh fruit, fresh bread for you to slice, toast, and Coffee and Tea (with herbal ones too). - in June 10
At breakfast there are so many different kinds of bread for toasting, freshly made omlettes, freshly made pancakes, fried eggs, beans etc aswell as yoghurts, 3 or 4 different jams, fresh fruit salad, pastries, cooked meats and cheese so even the pickiest of people are catered for. - in December 09
As we were return guests the management sent fresh fruit and a bottle of wine up to our room on our first night and every day of our stay we received a large bottle of water in our room.

Me and my partner stayed hear for two weeks and loved every minute it was nothing but fun met some really nice people and the staff were amazing we loved bob he got us doing sports and games all day and did nothing but make is laugh the bar men and waiters couldn't do enough for us and it was sad saying Good bye the only down side was the food to be brutal it was crap but for the price we paid we didn't mind ordering in and going out for tea so who cares it's all inclusive ur not going to get burgers and steak if u want nice food then u would have to look at some where really really dear and English only and pay 4 times as much my friends where in a 5 star up the road the same time as us and they said the food was horrid their so ??? , the food was nice but needs to cater more for the British, my partner and myself were both ill on holiday too, but this was not to do with the food, it is becuase it so hot during the day and when you go to your room u automatically put the air conditioning on which causes a chill in your stomach, so If I was to return when it so hot I would definately refrain from using my air con until our bodies has cooled down to avoid this, people automatically blame the food but this is definately not the case. - in July 10
